Billionaire Boys Club & ICECREAM offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain exclusive drops and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original hangtags, dust bags, and authentication cards.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
